The school features a collaborative learning model, block scheduling, hands-on and outdoor learning along with multiple connections to Goodwin University. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong desire to work with students from urban and suburban settings and possess an understanding of and appreciation for multicultural education.
