Services provided by this role mainly refer to second level (complex) Payroll processes, such as pre- and post PY-run activities, taxation and finance related activities (reconciliation, accruals, etc).</p><p></p><p><b>Your Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Support legally required processes in close collaboration with external payroll provider and authorities (e.g. tax provider)</li><li>Support international tax assessments (supplementary tax payments and reimbursements)</li><li>Provide support in international equity- and incentive-relevant statements and matters, ensure correct taxation and build accruals accordingly</li><li>Initiate monthly salary payments in accurate and timely manner</li><li>Extract reports needed for payroll and other reports upon request</li><li>Close collaboration with FRA e.g. account reconciliation, accruals</li><li>Act as a “point of contact” person and subject matter expert for employees, leaders and works council in Payroll related processes</li><li>Assist in and contribute to cross country Payroll projects</li><li>Keep Up to date in regards of legal changes</li><li>Assess intercompany reimbursements and correct accounting for International Assignees</li><li>Ensure correct taxation of gains, company cars, etc.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll bring to the role: </b></p><ul><li>Relevant professional education, e.g. apprenticeship in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred)</li><li>Fluent in Czech, and English</li><li>2-3 years professional experience in SSC environment with payroll/coordinating payroll and/or HR administration</li><li>HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred but not a must</li><li>Work experience in international <span>environment/team/global</span> company is preferred</li><li>Experience in other HR disciplines (e. g., Compensation &amp; Benefits, Learning, etc.) is an advantage</li><li>Ability to work effectively across all levels and layers of the organization and be comfortable working in a complex and rapidly changing work environment.</li><li>Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgement, in addition to high level attention to detail, analyzing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is a must</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You will receive:</b><br/><br/><span>• Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary </span><br/><span>• Risk Life Insurance</span><br/><span>• 5-week holiday per year (1 week above the Labor Law requirement) </span><br/><span>• Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits from Benefit Plus CZ in the amount of 12,000 CZK per year </span><br/><span>• Meal vouchers in amount of 116 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company) </span><br/><span>• Multisport Card </span><br/><span>• Premium Health Care Program</span></p><p><span>• Public transport allowance</span><br/><br/><br/><b>Why consider Sandoz? </b><span> </span><br/><span>500 million patients were touched by Sandoz generic and biosimilar medicines in 2021 and while we’re proud of this, we know there is more we could do to continue to help pioneer access to medicines for people around the world.
