Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead diagnostic expert in the shop; handles the most challenging repair cases.
• Guide, train, and evaluate other technicians.
• Ensure shop processes align with OEM standards and best practices.
• May assist in workflow management, quality control, or service department leadership.

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of extensive automotive repair experience.
• Must have ASE Master Certification (A1–A8) or manufacturer Master Technician status (e.g., Ford Senior Master, Toyota Master Tech).
• Strong background in both diagnostics and repair across all vehicle systems.
