Senior Airport Digital Modernization Lead - Remote (US)

ICF seeks an experienced professional to serve as a Senior Airport Digital Modernization Lead for our US Aviation Business Development area.  This position is 100% Remote in the United States, with travel required.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Airport Digital Modernization Lead to join, and become a key member of, our fast-growing Airport Digital Modernization team.  This position will focus heavily on business development, client management, airport IT strategy (NOT installation, programming or support role), digital process improvements and technology-based business solutions.  

We help our clients across the airport sector enable and automate their organizations and businesses with technology tools.  We deliver strategic consulting and support services to clients covering design and implementation. We enable digitization of processes to achieve maximum efficiency and flexibility. Further, we co-create sustainable customer solutions that deliver best user-experience and keep the available technology relevant to business needs for a longer duration.  

Compensation: While the range below is broader, this position will offer a salary range in the 120-160K range, based upon % match to job description, location, etc., as determined by the hiring team.  Higher education and experience will not change this salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Work with airport clients across the US to identify technology inspired business solutions. There may be opportunities to work with airports outside of the US, and with airline clients.
•    Support the development and growth of the Airport Digital Strategy and Modernization team.
•    Work with other divisions within ICF to ensure that projects deliver exceptional quality 
•    Lead medium to large project teams composed of internal and external resources
•    Ensure quality of deliverables in terms of content and structure
•    Lead the creation of proposals and pitch presentations for new project opportunities
•    Lead the production of thought leadership articles
•    Present at conferences on relevant industry topics
•    Ensure that solutions are designed and built to meet the client’s business needs.
•    Support the design and implementation of full technology-enabled business solutions.
•    Identify integration issues and offer solutions.
•    Analyze business requirements and work on business-process improvement and efficiencies.
•    Promote a culture of fairness and inclusiveness

Types of Projects You will Work On:
•    IT strategy and innovation (including AI / machine learning)
•    IT Systems evaluation and selection.
•    Systems Implementation Support, including systems and processes (health) adoption study and improvement.
•    Operations Assessment and improvement.
•    Digitization of existing business processes and identifying gaps to develop the desired “to-be” processes.
•    Digital technology asset management.
