Customer Service Rep-Temp 1_Phoenix AZ

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative assist our customers by processing orders, preparing correspondence, answering phones, and fulfill customer inquiries with a goal to maintain customer satisfaction.

More details about the opportunity:

• Following up on orders and keeping customers informed. e.g. scheduled ship date, backorder status, part number, and description clarification

• Provide quotations, lead time, RMAs

• Provide accurate, relevant, complete account notation in CRM

• Able to work a flexible schedule during peak call times.

• Working with internal and external customers

Other requirements for this position:

• High school diploma.

• Three (3) plus years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Customer facing role or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Salesforce a plus.

Shift:

• 1st shift, with some other hours required during peak season.

Pay:

• Between $21-23/hr, DOE

Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
