Sr. Associate - Operations (Hybrid - Flexible)

• Process contract comparison and working with counterparties to resolve discrepancies
• Accept loan returns and allocate according to pre-defined criteria
• Communicate borrow returns to counterparties
• Communicate outgoing recalls to fulfill internal requirements
• Analyze daily stock loan buy in activity and providing periodic updates to front office stakeholders
• Reconcile daily intra-day cash balances between vendor applications and settled depot activity
• Reconcile aggregate cash balances between vendor application and books and records
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues
• Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of securities lending experience
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues
• Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Experience with Loanet / Global One / DTC / BPS

Salary range $85,000 - $90,000. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
