A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for planning, initiating, monitoring, tracking and/or prioritizing projects and processes that support Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) US Patient Care Systems (PCS) Field Execution initiatives which may include:
- Project planning and management to ensure clear visibility and straightforward processes for field planning and execution tracking of programs that support the needs of the US CRM Service Organization and Field Leadership
- Supporting US CRM Field and partnering with internal teams to ensure successful launch execution of service solutions
- Partners closely with the CRM Patient Care Systems function across product managers, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance and other functions to ensure successful planning and US field execution of priority initiatives, which may include:
- Field execution of PCS product launches and software releases; establish and deliver on goals
- Demand planning and overall integrated business planning process for US PCS products
- Identifying optimization opportunities for the use of PCS products through field execution initiatives, resulting in lower cost and/or burden to the field/customers.
- Partnering with US Technical Services and PCS to ensure robust processes are in place and maintained to communicate system interruptions to the field and customers in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with PCS marketing on field identified resource needs, consulting on created content, and ensuring field awareness and access
- Understand and communicate US field needs to internal partners
- Collaborates with CRM Commercial Analytics to define reporting needs that support execution of service goals and initiatives
- Engages directly with the CRM US field organization, including service leadership, to best understand their needs – includes presenting on field leadership calls, consulting on and/or developing field communications and 1:1 field engagement as needed
- Provides support for CRM technical support policies, annual review/maintenance, and assessing need for policy additions or changes to support the CRM field clinical strategy
MUST HAVE – BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in program management, field operations and execution, or a related role in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
- Or 5 years of relevant experience in program management, field operations and execution, or a related role in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE – DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in demand planning and the integrated business planning process
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across a matrixed organization to align on priorities and achieve business objectives within established timelines
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong record of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience partnering and communicating effectively with field sales and clinical support teams to drive execution of strategic goals
- Demonstrated project management expertise, including defining key actions, tracking deliverables, ensuring accountability, and driving successful completion
- Track record of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Strategic and critical thinker with demonstrated success in translating strategy into execution
- Knowledge of Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management Patient Care Systems products
