Tech Support Chiller Data Center Supervisor

Daikin Applied is seeking a Technical Support Supervisor who oversees the Chiller Data Center technical support team and ensures that they have the resources to perform their jobs in a timely manner. Develops new technical resources to decrease response time and ensure the field is as self-sufficient as possible. Maintains effective lines of communication throughout the business unit. Location: Staunton, VA– Hybrid

What you will do:

• Provides product or service information to customers and ensures that they receive the best possible support
• Deliver priority support to Data Center customers and work closely with other individuals within the organization who share this focus.
• Maintains effective lines of communication between all dimensions of the company
• Maintains a competent, motivated, and well trained staff to carry out departmental duties
• Provides technical support and product information to customers and employees through email, phone, and web-based meetings.
• Writes Service Bulletins and Procedures
• Develops technical resources to minimize internal response time
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
• Train and onboard Technical Support Analysts

 Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-year Associate's Degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school
• 10 years of related experience and/or training
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 

Preferred Qualifications:

• People leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of related experience and/or experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000- $148,800 + up to 15% bonus in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
