CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Engineer to drive the design of highly performant and highly available data solutions. Build solutions that operate on massive amounts of data in high transaction volume applications. Collaborate with QA resources to ensure that the software delivered is of the highest quality. Coordinate with product launch team and work closely with DevOps team to resolve operational issues. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with ETL and data pipelines. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with analyzing technical requirements and designing new architectures, data models, and ETL strategies; 5 years of experience with database design, complex T-SQL programming, performance tuning, and index analysis; 5 years of experience with building and launching successful products that leverage terabytes of data; 5 years of experience with defining database architecture and development best practices; 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL, Integration Services(SSIS), C#, and SQL replication; 3 years of experience with software architecture and pattern design with Agile development lifecycle methodology; 3 years of experience with object-oriented design and programming skills in C#; 1 year of experience with PostgreSQL design and implementation; and 1 year of experience with AWS in OpenSearch.
