The position is with LVMH Beauty Tech within the regional Americas team managing the Data platform and applications
LVMH Beauty Tech regional team is split between the North America LVMH Beauty Shared Service Center, the Mexico LVMH Beauty Shared Service Center and its San Francisco offices, servicing all major LVMH Beauty Brands for the region: Acqua di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics, Fresh, Guerlain, Kendo, Kenzo, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy and Stella.
Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating wave criteria that will flow evenly through the picking operation using Line Balancing tools
- Assume Picking Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the Picking Manager
- Constantly monitor wave proves and make modifications when needed
- Ensure all Productivity reports are monitored for accuracy
- Coach, counsel employees not meeting standard
- Responsible for one Wave Administrator
- Continue monitoring work standards and make necessary improvements when job functions change
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3 years experience with major retailer routing guides
- 5 years previous supervisory experience
- Production planning experience
- Strong computer skills including PkMS, JD Edwards, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Radio Frequency based paperless picking experience
- Current IATA and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
- Outstanding communication skills, Bilingual – Spanish preferred
- Experience within an automated MHE environment
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
