How does the programme work?
Start date: September 2025.
The Diageo Corporate Relations function is a fully integrated team working across Diageo’s society, communications, and government relations agenda. Corporate Relations’ role is to protect and promote Diageo’s reputation and licence to operate, in service of becoming one of the best performing, most trusted, and respected consumer products companies in the world. It consists of three key teams: The Global Brand and Communications team encompasses internal employee engagement and external communications focused on telling our story, inspiring our people, and building, influencing, and enhancing our reputation. The Government and Policy team focus on all aspects of tax, trade, and regulation across the business while maintaining relationships with multilateral organisations and Trade Associations. The Spirit of Progress team works on all our community empowerment, skills development, and environmental programmes. Their mission is to unlock the power of our business to deliver Diageo’s Spirit of Progress goals by creating a more inclusive and sustainable world while protecting our licence to operate and enhancing our licence to grow.
