Salary/Position Classification
- $14.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Compile information from weekly conferences for Continuing Medical Education reports. Tasks include: - calculate evaluation responses into percentages from Excel spreadsheet - enter percentages into CME summary document - compile list of attendees - (Essential)
- Assist with special projects within department as needed - file organization - data entry and database management - running reports - creating documents and spreadsheets - copying - printing - scanning - (Essential)

Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel & Access.

- Ability to work independently
- Acceptance of Federal Work Study award for the applicable term
- Enrolled in at least 6 credits for the applicable term
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
