Position Overview:

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are completed within the constraints of scope, budget, and time
• Operating as a point of contact on all project matters
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills with internal business stakeholders and external clients
• Own the backlog and deliverables with a clear charter, prioritization, and urgency for delivery
• Manage a diverse array of project resources to successfully complete projects
• Provide clients with regular updates on project schedules and action items
• Effectively manage project change
• Management of project budget

Required Previous Experience:

• Experience managing large-scale, complex development and services projects
• Experience managing project budgets
• 3+ years managing IT services projects
• 3+ years managing client-facing projects
• 8+ years of project/program management
• Proven, proactive team leader and self-starter with the ability to drive decisions, build consensus, and resolve issues
• Proven ability to make sound professional judgments and to effectively communicate those to the business as well as the external client
• Team player, with excellent time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and deep awareness of how to liaise between the client user community and the technical team
• Working knowledge of big data and advanced analytics solutions, delivery, and client engagement
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Solid working knowledge of project management tools and methods
• Experience utilizing agile tools such as Jira and Asana
• Certified Scrum Master

Software:

• Work-related experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or similar Advanced Computer Technologies is a bonus, not a must
• PMI Certification is a plus

Salary: 120,000 - 140,000 annual salary (USD $)
