We are looking for a Group Cash Performance Senior Analyst! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Integrated into a 5 people team, you contribute to the monitoring of Group Cash generation performance thanks to a deep sense of analysis, an understanding of business challenges and a participation to Group projects, in particular in the frame of Finance 4.0 Roadmap (notably Tagetik/Polaris roll-out).
Your key missions:
You will prepare the cash reporting :
Participation to the data consolidation process (reporting, ambition, estimates…): ensures the respect of deadlines, the accuracy and consistency of financial information (respect of IFRS Group accounting guidelines)
Full responsibility for construction and accuracy of the Group’s consolidated management cash flow statement, in collaboration with different HQ finance teams: P&L controlling, Tax, Treasury, Consolidation
Preparation of a set of detailed analysis of Cash Flow Statement and specific balance sheet positions by affiliate
Participation to the preparation of ad hoc value-added analysis to help the Top Management monitor Group cash generation
Active participation in the ambition/estimate process (from planning and instructions to final ambition presentation for the Board)
Strong contribution to the preparation of presentations to top management (ExCom, Board, etc…) with accurate tables, ad hoc analysis and key messages
Assist Consolidation and Financial communication teams in the preparation of the financial communications. Prepare detailed qualitative and quantitative information to support external messages and to help Top Management to answer questions
You will support and advise Group affiliates in monitoring performances
Contribution to the analysis of affiliates performance on Actual and Estimate reportings
Preparation of analysis allowing constructive challenge of ambition and estimate building assumptions (Working Capital items, Strategic investments)
Support affiliates in the implementation of all optimization projects and changes in reporting (new appendix, new account, etc…) in line with Group standards and requirements
Participating in the improvement of reporting comments quality (template, content, feedback to affiliates, etc…)
Follow up of risks and opportunities, challenge affiliates on forecast accuracy and targets achievement
You will participate to the Group Financial Digital Transformation roadmap
Strong involvement in the continued definition and deployment of the new Group reporting & planning tool (Tagetik/Polaris): analysis reports building, affiliates’ adoption support
Involved in other Finance 4.0 projects (e.g. Beyond Budget)

You have a minimum of 5 years in leading Audit Consulting Firm or as Business Analyst in a international group.
You have methodological tools and good technical bases (accounting, finance, and consolidation), ERP/EPM/excel, presentation skills - Knowledge of Tagetik is an advantage
You have strong financial knowledge (Consolidation / IFRS accounting rules), and you have “figures oriented analysis” capacity
You have strong project management skills, organization and anticipation
You have real interest in Business analyzing and are open to different cultures and mindsets
You have a strong sense of communication (with all levels of the hierarchy) and good relation capabilities to create a trustful climate with affiliates and HQ stakeholders
You are enthusiast, have team spirit and curiosity
You speak English fluently, French is a plus
