About the Role

The Human Resources Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR department by managing essential administrative functions that ensure smooth and efficient HR operations at our Corporate HQ. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, facilitating seamless onboarding processes, and supporting employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment. The role requires close collaboration with HR Generalists and other team members to implement HR policies and procedures effectively. By managing the employee database and handling day-to-day HR administration tasks, the HR Administrator contributes to the overall organizational effectiveness and compliance with labor regulations. Ultimately, this role ensures that all HR processes are executed with precision, confidentiality, and professionalism to support the company’s strategic human capital goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the employee database ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Coordinate and manage the employee onboarding process, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Support employee relations by addressing routine inquiries and assisting in the resolution of workplace issues under HR guidance.
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with company standards and legal regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed to support HR initiatives and management decision-making.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing employee databases and HR information systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a corporate headquarters environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements relevant to the corporate sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
