As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical care delivery, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. This leadership role is perfect for a motivated RN with strong clinical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care
Qualifications:
• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
