About the role

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for delivering business and clinical value through effective project management of one or more large and/or complex project(s). This person is responsible for developing the charter for the project, leading cross-functional project teams, identifying and obtaining resources needed, identification of major organizational process impact and risks and completion within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality. The position provides leadership, coaching, direction, work assignments, facilitation, communication, project structure/plans, and technical expertise. Successful candidate must perform all duties in a manner that promotes project team success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Engineering, Clinical or related field; from an accredited college/university.
  • 7 years Dedicated, project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Upon hire: Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
  • 2 years Work experience in a Healthcare organization.
  • Operational Excellence experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
