Technical Support Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated team member to provide 1st level technical support for our Spyder products. The ideal candidate will quickly learn to identify and resolve customer issues across a range of inquiries, including hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and general usage guidance. After training, you will handle support inquiries through our ticketing system, ZenDesk. An interest in color, color management, Mac and Windows systems, as well as photography and/or video is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and resolve technical issues in 1st level support (via email - ticket system).
• Advise customers on technical questions regarding our Spyder products.
• Collaborate closely with other colleagues to relay customer feedback and improve our products and services.

Experience & Qualifications:

You have:

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• A strong customer orientation and a positive, motivated approach to dealing with our customers.
• Problem-solving skills and enjoyment in collaborating within a global team.
• A quick grasp of new tasks and a willingness to tackle and master them.

A plus if you have:

• Proficiency in another European language in addition to English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Apple computers and operating systems and/or Windows systems.
• Basic knowledge of color and color management.
• An interest in photography and/or videography.
• Experience using ZenDesk on customer support
