Part Time - Customer Service Representative

Overview

Call The Bee is looking to find the best Customer Service Representatives for Part time work. This will include Friday,  Saturdays & Sundays  Our CSR team earns regular performance-based bonuses for providing exceptional service and meeting and exceeding goals.

What you will do:

• Call customers from prior day for quality check
• Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Follow up on reviews positive and negative
• General inbound customer service

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience, call center experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, a growth mindset and a good attitude
• Call theBee may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
