Short Description
The trained Surgical technologist, under the direct supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite.Overview

Education Requirements
- Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists
License/Certification Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technologist Credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or its successor, or other nationally recognized credentialing organization (e.g. NCCT – National Center for Competency Testing, etc.)
Special Requirements
- 6:30A-7P
- Weekend, holiday, and call rotation required
- Must annually complete 15 hours of continuing education to remain qualified to practice as a Surgical Technologist in NJ.

Two Year Commitment:
- $4,000 for Full Time
- $2,000 for Part Time
One Year Commitment:
- $2,000 for Full Time
- $1,000 for Part Time
