Location: Remote (US ONLY)  with preference given to candidates in either NYC, Long Island, DC metro area, Maryland (near DC), Northern Virginia, or Colorado

As a Director of Information Technology you will be responsible for responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems. This role oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integrations, and support services while aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The Director of IT will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute IT strategy, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency. 
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, software applications, and cybersecurity measures. 
  • Manage IT budgets, assets, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performance. 
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a high-performance culture. 
  • Drive system integrations, automation, and process improvements. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • 7+ years in IT leadership, including team management. 
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. 
  • Proven ability to manage IT budgets and vendor relationships. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Experience in healthcare, finance, or regulated industries. 
  • Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL or equivalent. 
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Salary base range is between $145,000 - $165,000 plus bonus opportunity
