Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, New York, or remote.

The Growth team is building a scalable contributor ecosystem that delivers high‑quality data annotation capacity quickly and reliably. We grow, engage, and mobilize a global community of pre‑vetted contributors and ensure right‑fit matching and onboarding to power mission‑critical AI/ML initiatives.
As Program Manager, Growth, you will build and maintain a global pool of pre‑vetted annotation talent; drive proactive sourcing, referral, and engagement at scale; and ensure fast, accurate matching and onboarding within tight SLAs (often 24–72 hours). You’ll partner with Product to improve matching workflows and contributor visibility (skills, quality history), and you’ll instrument the funnel with high‑volume recruiting metrics to continuously optimize throughput and quality.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a global pool of pre‑vetted annotation talent across domains with targeted language and domain coverage.
- Design and run proactive sourcing programs to keep contributor talent warm and ready.
- Monitor expertise coverage maps to close gaps and reduce ramp latency across regions and time zones.
- Scale responsibly; manage compliance, quality, and surge capacity using crowdsourcing best practices.
- Vet and close annotation talent via interviews.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, including high‑volume pipelines (contractor/crowd and/or global markets).
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging specialized, large‑scale talent pools across multiple geographies/languages.
- Hands‑on experience with ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in growth/community building or marketplace operations; background with contributor/gig‑based ecosystems.
- Familiarity with annotation/HITL operations is a plus.
- Exposure to vendor/contractor management and rapid global scaling for data labeling programs.
- Cross‑functional program management with product, engineering, and operations to deliver annotation data at scale.
- Proficient in Spanish (verbal and written)

The pay range for this role is $114,000 to $187,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
