£22,357.32 per annum (rising to £23,553.00 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

The role of a Recruitment Administrator
Sitting within the wider Sanctuary Care and Supported Living Talent team we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our dedicated in-house recruitment team which provides end-to-end recruitment expertise and support to our operation. Responding to recruitment requests from our care homes and schemes in an organised and effective manner you will be a team player with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a recruitment capacity.
Taking responsibility for your designated candidates, you will manage vacancies from the initial point of contact with the Hiring Manager; you will produce and publish adverts across different media, assess applicant volumes and oversee pre-employment checks for successful candidates while liaising with numerous internal stakeholders along the way. This role is extremely varied, and we are seeking candidates who can ensure this function evolves and improves enabling us to deliver a first-class recruitment experience. Initiative and passion are sought for this rewarding yet often demanding role.
Skills and experiences
You will be an experienced administrator and ideally your background will lie within recruitment or HR. With strong IT skills (databases and MS Office- Outlook, Excel) you will understand the need to keep accurate records to enable reporting in an efficient manner. Your ability to communicate professionally and keep hiring managers and others updated at all times is pivotal to success so experience managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines is important. Recruitment requires a sense of urgency and the ability to multitask on a daily basis, does this sound like you?
