Job Description

As a project manager for Next-Generation Pressure Sensors, you will be responsible for the development of high-precision and highly integrated pressure sensors for applications in smartphones and wearables, among others from the acquisition phase to high-volume production at customer front. Our pressure sensors enable centimeter-precise altitude measurements for indoor navigation, fitness tracking and emergency localization, among other things.

• You will be managing the product development project in a cross-functional project team from initiation through the industrialization phase until project closure on customer front.
• In your role, you coordinate the execution of customer milestone reviews, organize regular customer meetings with proper preparations for topics from all stakeholders and contribute to the holistic view during the project progress considering the customer perspective.
• In addition, you create customer documents, such as data sheets or application notes, track the action items and conduct customer presentations on e.g. product requirements, schedule, cost and product quality.
• The international working environment that awaits you in this position requires a certain willingness to adapt to shifted working hours due to different time zones.

Qualifications

• Personality and soft skills: You familiarize yourself deeply and quickly with technical topics, you are committed, customer-oriented and enjoy challenges. You possess very good negotiation and communication skills, have entrepreneurial thinking and enjoy working in the dynamic environment of consumer electronics
• Working method: Analytical, structured, responsible and goal-oriented
• Experience and knowledge: Min. 3 years of professional experience in project management in development (ideally with PMP certification) and 5 years of relevant experience in a relevant subject area, preferably in the fields MEMS and pressure sensors
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken German and English 
• Education: Excellent degree (M.Sc./PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microsystems Engineering
