Maintenance Worker

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

• Communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to calculate in all units of measures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable, shows up on time and ready to work.
• Prior experience in janitorial and landscaping work preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.)
• Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
• General maintenance of grounds & facilities including: Cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping & restocking facility including restrooms & break areas, Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition, Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals, Order cleaning supplies as necessary.​
