About the Role:
As our Payroll Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for looking after your own payrolls, but will also be responsible for the coordination of payroll projects, including incoming TUPEs. You will also work alongside the Head of Payroll and Assistant Payroll Manager in other projects where required, such as payroll merges and the new payroll system implementation.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in end-to-end payroll
- Experience in payroll projects such as TUPE
- Ability to work under pressure, in a deadline driven environment
- A proactive and flexible approach with problem-solving abilities
- CIPP qualified, studying or willing to undertake
- Excellent IT skills, especially Excel and receptive to technology changes.
- Experience in the care sector is a plus, but not required
