The Royal Caribbean Group’s Human Resources team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation reporting to the AVP, People & Outreach Transformation.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

The role:
The People & Outreach Team is looking for a Senior Manager within our Strategy & Transformation Team to support the day-to-day needs of our EVP, Chief People Officer & Chief Outreach Officer. The role will report to the AVP, Strategy & Transformation. This role is responsible for expert preparation and coordination for a variety of committees, strategic planning cycles, annual people processes, and other key initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders including the Human Resources Leadership Team comprised of HR Business Partner and HR Center Of Excellence leads as well as the Outreach Leadership Team including the heads of Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, ESG, and Corporate Real Estate.
The Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation will develop and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual deliverable timelines and identify and resolve dependency gaps to bring structure and clarity across the teams. This role will partner closely across the entire P&O organization and proactively suggest timely, relevant topics to bring the Executive Committee, Operating Committee, Risk Committee, and DEI Committee, as appropriate. Finally, this role will work closely with internal and external experts on developing ways to measure and socialize progress on key initiatives and continually benchmark P&O vs. best-in-class business operations.
Your experience:
This role requires a mature, differentiated skillset including:
- Exceptional relationship management and program/project management skills
- Ability to work across all levels in the organization and adapt messaging to provide appropriate context and foster understanding across teams
- Proven story-telling capabilities that demonstrate how you think and how you’re able to turn complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand talking points and/or slides
- Strong analytical skills along with a natural curiosity to understand root cause and draw conclusions that can inform strategic direction and opportunities
- Tireless focus to keep moving things along while navigating competing priorities and ensuring alignment across teams
- Background in technical project management and/or management consulting a plus
- Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential; experience with SharePoint and/or Qualtrics is a plus
- Experience supporting a large, global HR organization is a strong differentiator
