Job Description:

Parsons is seeking ab amazing PCR Core Laboratory Technical Manager to manage the PCR core laboratory.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the PCR core laboratory.
• Overseeing PCR assay development and optimization.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of experience, Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
• U.S. Citizen 
• Must pass NACI background check.
• Must be willing to work in a BSL 3/4 laboratory.
• Must be eligible to enroll in the BPRP and CS-PRP programs.

Salary Range: 

$167,400.00 - $314,500.00
