Job Summary:

Provides strategic leadership to enhance clinical operations and revenue cycle performance leveraging AH population health, analytics, and interoperability. Aims to drive measurable improvements in quality and value-based care cost and utilization metrics, optimize reimbursement, and support the organization's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in population health analytics and informatics or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree in population health analytics and informatics: Preferred
  • Seven years' population health analytics and informatics experience: Preferred
  • Five years' leadership experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Provides strategic leadership in support of value-based care quality reporting aligned with clinical workflow and resultant data acquisition.
  • Develops strategy to align clinical operations and revenue cycle processes to optimize the delivery of value-based care.
  • Works as part of clinical informatics in optimizing the patient digital experience and population health management.
  • Designs and supports value-based care reporting (in alignment with both the applications team and data and analytics teams for clinical leadership).

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
