About the role

The Occupation Therapist (OTR) coordinates and administers Occupational Therapy care to patients which may involve: 

  • assessment of the patient’s physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs
  • planning, development and implementation of a multidisciplinary plan of care
  • evaluation of the patients’ response to care.

Education Required:  Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association

Credential/Licensure Required:

  • Licensed in the State of Wisconsin as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Bachelor, Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Certified by the NBCOT
  • Current CPR certification (DCMC will provide)
  • Wisconsin driver’s license

Shift:  Primarily working 32-40 hours a week in a rural hospital inpatient, skilled nursing facility, and home health setting in Sturgeon Bay.
