About the role

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule:  20 hours a week, across 4 days (Monday - Thursday, 5 hrs per day), working hours between 10am - 3pm Sydney time. About the Role The Campaign Executive works and supports our advertising clients and internal teams by being the driving force that makes advertising campaigns happen, ensuring that campaigns and projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. In this fast-paced role you will:
  • Support the advertising sales team in managing a high volume of pre- and post-sales duties, including but not limited to inventory management, inputting bookings into the CRM, generating booking confirmations, collecting artwork, reporting, etc.
  • Make sure that all advertisements are in place for e-newsletters, print magazines and websites across all our publishing-led clients.
  • Support the advertising sales team in project scoping (obtaining quotes, developing timelines, booking resources, etc.)
  • Manage the production process of sponsored/branded content through the agency and with external contributors.
  • Send ad material reminders and chase up clients to supply their artwork.
  • Provide post-campaign results to advertisers and agencies.
  • Attend project and campaign briefing sessions
  • Input production costs into Workbook and reconciling against Ad Sales Genius.
  • Build effective relationships with advertisers as a key liaison point, and internal colleagues such as the Advertising Managers and content teams, to ensure open lines of communication through the sales and campaign management cycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need accuracy and attention to detail, and strong organizational and prioritization skills. You are invested in delivering campaigns and projects on time and on budget, and pride yourself in being able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in advertising is not necessary, but a keen interest in this field and strong project management skills are preferable. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Has 5+ years experience in a project management and/or advertising coordination role
  • Is self-driven, organized, proactive and accountable
  • Is a strong communicator and has a solid client servicing mindset
  • Can handle a busy workload and can prioritize competing deadlines
  • Has a high attention of detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
