Job Description

Primarily Responsible for:

• Heavy collaboration with federal stakeholders to elicit case management processes and technical, operational, and administrative requirements.
• Assess and document foundational aspects of data governance, including Case Management System (CMS) data stewardship, establishing data quality processes, and organizing metadata management.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of related work experience
• Experience with case management systems and processes
• Awareness of case management system data standards, data flow, and core case management concepts of intake, needs assessment, service planning, and monitoring and evaluation.
• Direct experience with case management data standards, such as the National Open Court Data Standard (NOCDS) or equivalent
• Experience with data quality assessment and data quality reporting metrics
• Experience with the design, implementation, or validation of data transformations in support of data standardization and data pipeline efforts.
• Experience designing, implementing, or assessing case management business and governance processes to ensure that data compliance is clear within system workflows through reporting, notifications, visual GUI indicators, or workflow queue status.
• Experience designing or validating case management data quality, status, compliance, utilization, or performance through manual, document-based, or dashboard reporting.
• Experience producing deliverable-quality documentation and graphics (reports, presentations, and documents)
• Exposure to data quality and data governance best practices

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
