Job Description

-  Your responsibilities will include the realization of the global communication and training strategy of the Bosch Travel2Expense Service;

-  We are looking forward to your new impulses and own ideas for the implementation of the strategy;

-  You will support us in the design, planning and implementation of communication measures and the associated creation of graphic elements for user-friendly content delivery to the appropriate target groups, in compliance with the corporate design style guide.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

-  Internal community “Bosch Connect” management (Global & German communities);

-  Maintenance and continuous improvement of Global & German communication channels and interfaces (Bosch Global Network (BGN) portal, MyHR portal, NG portal, bTravel tools interfaces, etc.);

-  Realization of various communication formats, e.g. email communication, newsletter, video tutorials, info graphics, blogposts, etc.;

-  Realization and further autonomous management of various communication projects, e.g. implementation of new design for “Bosch Connect” in all countries where Travel-2-Expense (T2E) service was rolled out;

Support and partly moderation of T2E Consultation Hours (Dialog format for exchange with users);

-  Consulting and support of experts of T2E service in all communication matters;

-  Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; 

-  Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Which requirements are important to us?

-  University Diploma in communications, marketing, communication design, communication sciences, human resources, business administration, educational sciences or comparable;

-  Language: You have advanced English and German skills (written and spoken)

-  Experience and know-how: Relevant professional experience (e.g. in a communication / design / marketing/ training context); strong written expression skills in the creation of textual content, ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable and illustrative manner, confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, as well as experience in the creation of communication and training formats, such as video formats, graphic elements and texts;

-  Personality and working style: creative, strong communicator, proactive, willing to perform and to drive topics forward, team player, independent, structured, networker, holistic and “out-of-the-box” thinker, results-oriented, reliable and diligent, strong problem-solving skills;

-  Enthusiasm: desire to work creatively and self-responsible with a lot of freedom, sensitivity and empathy for communication needs of different international stakeholders and end-users, affinity for creating graphic elements and passion for communication trends.
