The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?
As an HR leader within the Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) organization, the Director, HRBP is an integral member of the HR, End-User Services and Hosting Engineering organizations, driving organizational excellence and business outcomes through talent strategies. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to shape the future of the Enterprise Technology Solutions organization. In this role we will look to you to:- Partner directly with senior leaders in End-User Services and Hosting Engineering to develop and execute business strategies with HR implications.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to influence, align and execute forward-thinking HR programs and initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic organizational development leadership, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technological advancements, and economic factors that impact HR strategy.
The successful candidate will be a visionary HR leader who understands the unique talent challenges in technology organizations. You will combine strategic business acumen with HR expertise to drive transformational change and measurable business results.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that achieve business objectives. Ensure HR services are essential, efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
- Lead HR planning efforts to achieve a skilled workforce capable of meeting business objectives. In partnership with leadership, implement processes for attracting, selecting, rewarding, developing, and engaging employees.
- Provide strategic leadership for HR initiatives, continuously evaluating solutions to ensure they align with business plans and are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Partner with HR colleagues in the development and implementation of practices and policies; ensure they are aligned to the overall company direction and in support of business plans.
- Engage in professional networks to stay informed about social, economic, and industry trends that could impact business and HR strategies.
- Partner with colleagues in the Centers of Excellence to understand resources available, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Assume other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR organization.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Experienced HR Business Partner: Typically eight or more years of experience with most experience preferred in an HR Business partner role successfully partnering with senior leaders and driving impactful HR strategies that support business outcomes.
- Educational Background: Hold a college degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic HR leadership.
- Comprehensive HR Knowledge: Leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in HR disciplines, including organizational design, employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and litigation management, to enhance business outcomes.
- Expertise in Core HR Functions: Demonstrate proficiency in benefits, learning and development, and staffing, ensuring a comprehensive approach to talent management.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in analyzing HR metrics to identify opportunities and influence business decisions is essential. Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred.
