ServiceTitan is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Inventory Management and Purchasing products—an exciting opportunity to work on a solution that sits at the core of our platform. In this high-impact role, you will shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap, drive expansion into new markets, and build supplier integrations to elevate our product catalog experience.


You’ll transform complex challenges into seamless, scalable solutions that empower customers of every size and across multiple trades. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Design, and Data—to deliver best-in-class Inventory and Purchasing workflows that’s intuitive, flexible, and built to scale.


Success in this role means building Inventory Management and Purchasing experiences that drive measurable impact for existing customers and accelerates our entry into new markets—reducing friction, simplifying workflows, and ultimately fueling growth for ServiceTitan and our entire ecosystem.

What you'll do:

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Inventory and Purchasing modules, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and customer needs.

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product roadmap, balancing impact, feasibility, and user insights.

  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and use cases, ensuring product enhancements deliver meaningful impact.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to validate new ideas, refine hypotheses, and guide feature development.

  • Partner with executives and other key stakeholders to align product strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies, building intelligent and automated solutions for real-world challenges.

  • Collaborate across product squads, engineering, and design to deliver features on time and within scope.

  • Drive adoption by actively partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

  • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and strategic goals, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on features to continually enhance the user experience.

  • Manage product managers, setting clear objectives, tracking goals, and providing continuous mentorship to drive professional growth.


What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years experience in a product management role with strong track record of shipping new products and features

  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience), MBA or advanced degree is a plus

  • Experience implementing AI-based solutions that address real-world business challenges is a plus

  • Background in Inventory, Purchasing, or E-commerce platforms is a plus

  • Strong product design background and a passion for building simple user interfaces that delight users

  • Data-driven: your decisions and your successes are based on quantifiable impact

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
