Overview:
As the VP Deposit Systems and Integration, you will oversee day-to-day operations of Account Balancing, Account Systems and Core Data Integrity to ensure fulfillment of each department’s mission of providing reliable and accurate management of SECU’s deposit account and member information systems.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for hiring, training, supervision and continued professional development of Account Balancing, Account Systems and Core Data Integrity staff, ensuring that all duties are preformed accurately and efficiently and departmental goals are met.
Lead in most aspects of deposit-related projects and development and administer the assignment of project responsibilities to staff.
Maintain knowledge of all deposit and member information systems, deposit system balancing, and deposit related analytics used within Deposit Administration and supported by Deposit Systems for branches and other Operations departments.
Implement new procedures and/or changes in current procedures that will improve departmental efficiency and compliance with applicable policies and/or regulations.
Recommend enhancements to current systems and review need for new systems.
Requirements:
8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Sciences, Project Management, Accounting or an additional 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of deposit account products and services
Experience working on enterprise-level projects with successful implementation record
Ability to work and communicate well with technical professionals and business analysts across the organization
Able to delegate tasks and make independent decisions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively

Knowledge of and experience using SECU deposit systems
