About the Role

We are hiring Dental Assistants and Specialty Assistants across multiple disciplines, including general dentistry, hygiene, and oral surgery. This position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly bonuses, and career advancement opportunities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a comfortable experience
• Prepare treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and set up for procedures
• Provide skilled chairside assistance to dentists and specialists
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Familiarity with dental instruments, sterilization, and safety protocols is a plus
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening

Job Type & Pay

Ortho and Oral Surgery- These roles requires you to work across various areas, potentially visiting multiple practices in a day. If you do work at multiple practices in a day, you will be compensated at the daily Nevada mileage rate on your paycheck.
