Job Description

To be responsible for all purchasing, logistics and sales of products and services in the best conditions of cost, margin, quality, lead time and delivery with suppliers and customers to meet the needs of its projects/operations.

 

1. Prospect markets and suppliers, detect strategic information, ensure a permanent watch. Evaluate the capacity of suppliers to provide products and services that meet technical criteria and internal processes. 

2.    Have a technical background (reading and understanding of a plan, analysis of a specification...) 


3.    Participate in the definition of needs both internally and externally. Write, launch and analyze consultations. Identify, audit and approve suppliers. 


4.    Negotiate and monitor projects/operations.


5.    Prepare and apply the various purchasing, sales and logistics processes in their entirety, possibly in collaboration with the various departments. 


6.    Follow-up on suppliers, identify and manage risks. Implement appropriate action plans to reduce the impact and resolve disputes.


7.    Monitor profitability of all operations (margin, expenses...)


8.    Ensure the proper invoicing of all operations


9.    Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
