Job Purpose

To manage development, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory assurance processes.  To establish appropriate governance, reporting, testing protocols, and performance metrics to guide 2nd Line assurance activities.

Key Accountabilities

•    Coordinate development and implementation of new compliance initiatives. Provide advisory services to business
•    Manage standards for compliance processes, procedures, and frameworks (monitoring, interpretation and advice).

•    Generate annual plans and monthly performance reporting for assurance. 

•    Generate materials and provide training on compliance management standards, including implementation, and sustainability of effective compliance controls (utilization of Archer GRC (GOM).

•    Manage significant non-compliance root cause analysis and corrective action development, tracking, and closure.

•    Contribute to annual NY and NE certification processes.

•    Manage stakeholder communications and collect input across all levels of business as part of development, implementation, and maintenance of standards.

•    Facilitate continuous improvement through performance breakdown and root cause analysis reviews with business.
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree, with 7-10+ years’ experience in program/project management
•    Strong understanding of NY regulatory framework and requirements 
•    Strong understanding of risk management and controls (Audit/SOX experience preferred)
•    Strong understanding of business processes and continuous improvement
•    Strong understanding and experience of GRC Archer system and Power BI database preferred
•    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Salary

$140k to $173k a year in Brooklyn, NY.

$131k to $161k a year in Waltham, MA.

$117k to $144k a year in Syracuse, NY.
