Inetum’s solutions aim at contributing to its clients’ performance and innovation as well as the common good.</p><p>Present in 19 countries with a dense network of sites, Inetum partners with major software publishers to meet the challenges of digital transformation with proximity and flexibility.</p><p>Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2.5 billion euros in 2023.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p>The mission consists of to ensure the usual projects activity within Finance Implementation Projects Lisbon department of Finance function of the group BNP PARIBAS.</p><p>Within the department “Chief Operating Officer – Finance Solutions Office” of BNPP Finance function, in charge of the implementation of a harmonized Finance Operating Model across the BNPP Group, the “Finance Implementation Projects Portugal” unit is a part of the “Finance Implementation Projects” (FIP) unit located in Paris.</p><p> </p><p>In a close and strong collaboration within FIP project team, the FIP System Analyst operates to:</p><p>- ensure the projects of the roll-out of the One Financial System (OFS), in line with the global strategy of the Finance function</p><p>- design, develop and implement the financial interfaces between the operating systems of Businesses and the Finance systems</p><p>- ensure the implementation of the remediation plans applicable to financial interfaces.</p><p> </p><p>So, FIP System Analyst (or IT solutions designer) handles the technical solutions of financial interfaces, that feed the main reporting streams (financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk).</p><p>FIP unit operates for the entire BNPP Group.</p><p>FIP Portugal unit is organized in 3 main teams in charge of the projects according to their functional perimeters:</p><p>- FIP Capital Markets products</p><p>- FIP Banking Products for Corporate Banking</p><p>- FIP Banking Products for Retail Banking</p><p> </p><p>The profile of FIP System Analyst (or IT Solutions designer) is developer analyst or tester:</p><p>- N2 experienced or N3 senior or N4 expert (3 years of overall professional experience in relevant area : banking or accounting or finance areas)</p><p>- Master’s degree in information systems / engineering / accounting / finance                                         </p><p>                                         </p><p> </p><p><strong>Main Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li> CONTRIBUTING ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Work in cooperation with the FIP project manager in all phases of projects, especially concerning the integration of technical aspects of Finance systems linked to the step of accounting interpretation of financial events. This collaboration is usual daily.</li><li>Respect the methodology of project management shared by FIP units</li><li>Contribute to costing study of projects</li><li>Respect the projects milestones and the related budget</li><li>Contribute to the definition of a workaround solution with the project team face to any issue impacting the critical path of the project and its budget</li><li>Produce regular project status to share with FIP project manager and FIP team leader</li><li>Participate to project committees by sharing actions/decisions status under FIP IT Solutions Designer responsibility, taking or coordinating actions linked to FIP IT Solutions Designer perimeter</li></ul></li></ul><p>                                         </p><ul><li>PERFORMING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS<ul><li>Define the macro impacts among the technical architecture and the parametrization of accounting interfaces based on the first global need expressed by FIP project manager in context of a pre study</li><li>Propose a technical architecture based on the functional information considering the interpreters’ systems standards principles</li><li>Co-elaborate all necessary flows entering the interpreter’s system namely regarding the technical validation of the data needed (features of the lot linked to the file transfer CFT, CRE/CRI business events format, data format, data feeding and technical data)</li><li>Document the technical specifications of the technical solution to be set up in the interpreter’s system mainly based on AFAH/AIS/RDJ software from Axway</li><li>Set up/parametrize the technical solution adopted in the different tools (AFAH/AIS/RDJ, SPITAB tables, etc.)</li><li>Contribute to the testing strategy to ensure the quality of the implementation of the project</li><li>Define the testing scope related to the tests under direct responsibility of FIP IT Solutions Designer</li><li>Execute all test cases following the defined methodology and validate final testing results performing all nec
