Role Summary
This role provides dedicated business management support to the Group Head of Total Reward, Performance & EDI (PRIME), driving team effectiveness and engagement, owning business updates and comms, and contributing to strategic projects and initiatives to advance the PRIME agenda across LSEG.
Key Responsibilities
Team Effectiveness and Engagement:
- Helps define key priorities, tracks and shares progress with the team and key stakeholders
- Establishes a cohesive, cross-functional operating rhythm that enables greater alignment and efficiency across and within the team
- Coordinates agendas for team meetings (planning, preparatory discussions, guest speakers, related materials) and drives follow-up efforts
- Maintains an annual calendar of PRIME-specific achievements / deliverables for the team
- Supports the identification and embedding of new ways of working agreed by the Group Head and the team (i.e., standardized processes for deploying key initiatives; stopping specific deliverables/processes that deliver little value to the team)
- Keeps a pulse on engagement in the team and proactively shares suggestions to the Group Head
- Represents the Group Head at certain internal discussions as appropriate, and acts as a go-to-resource for the team and key stakeholders regarding various updates and plans
Business Updates & Comms
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc executive-level materials for board, ExCo, and PLT meetings
- Drafts various communications for the Global Head as needed
Strategic Projects / Initiatives
- Supports the inception, launch, and implementation of PRIME initiatives at scale in partnership with the PRIME team and in coordination with key interested parties
- Contributes to People Function wide projects and workstreams as necessary, acting as the point-person/SME for the PRIME team

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate and influence at all levels
