Guidehouse is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead AI-related change initiatives across the firm. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the firm’s AI upskilling strategy, driving AI literacy, and embedding AI capabilities into the broader talent and technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a change agent with a passion for innovation, learning, and enterprise transformation.

What You Will Do:

AI Upskilling & Literacy Strategy
  • Define and implement a firmwide strategy and change plan to upskill practitioners in AI, with a focus on both foundational literacy and advanced technical capabilities.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assess current skill levels and identify gaps.

  • Develop and manage a roadmap for AI learning journeys tailored to different roles and levels.

Certification & Skills Development
  • Design and launch AI certification programs aligned with industry standards and internal capability needs.

  • Collaborate with Platform and Segment Leads to ensure training aligns with evolving client demands and technology trends.

  • Track and report on skill development metrics and certification completion rates.

AI Training Delivery
  • Plan and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for Guidehouse practitioners.

  • Leverage internal SMEs and external partners to scale training delivery.

  • Ensure training content is current, engaging, and aligned with Guidehouse’s AI strategy.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
  • Support the definition and execution of the talent strategy for Guidehouse Technology, with a focus on AI and data roles.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to align hiring plans with future capability needs.

  • Contribute to workforce planning discussions and succession planning for AI-critical roles.



What You Will Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology transformation, change management, or talent strategy, with a strong focus on AI and emerging technologies.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are preferred.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning and change programs.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.
  • Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar.

  • Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience working in a matrixed, consulting, or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning content for non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in evaluating and implementing AI upskilling programs, including hands-on labs, simulations, and certificationpathways.
  • Ability to assess organizational readiness for AI adoption and develop tailored change management strategies.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI principles, responsible AI practices, and regulatory considerations.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm with a focus on technology transformation or AI strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
