Job Description

As a Brand and Customer Manager (BCM), you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the marketing and promotional activities within the healthcare industry. Your responsibilities will include scoping the commercial strategy, understanding stakeholders in the vaccine arena, and implementing an omnichannel strategy targeting healthcare professionals. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the implementation of the strategic plan and ensure optimal patient access within ethical guidelines and regulations. Your role will involve project management, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. To succeed, you should possess a strong background in the healthcare ecosystem, project management, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Danish is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize colleagues to successfully deliver the brand strategy, from market access to commercial execution, ensuring value creation.
  • Drive excellence in external engagement by endorsing core strategic priorities within the vaccine field.
  • Develop and execute the Healthcare Engagement Omnichannel strategy through collaboration with the cross-functional team.
  • Lead healthcare projects and partnerships in line with the vaccine strategy, considering medical and political healthcare aspects.
  • Develop therapeutic and brand materials, managing internal reviews and project approvals.
  • Set a clear vision and goals for the brand, working closely with the cross-functional team to prioritize efforts and monitor progress.
  • Analyze market trends to identify commercial opportunities, allocate resources, and manage budgets for a defined portfolio share.
  • Engage actively with customers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and build strong relationships for strategic brand development.
  • Ensure proper reporting and capture of customer interactions according to standard processes.
  • Integrate data, insights, and measurement throughout the marketing framework to inform decision-making and evaluate outcomes.

Education, Background & Experience:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, or Life Science.
  • Marketing or project management experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., pharma/biotech/business) or communications/public affairs agency.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare professional (HCP) environment and political interests impacting the healthcare arena.
  • Strong project leadership skills, digital proficiency, analytical abilities, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
  • Ambitious, curious, and disciplined, with a compliance-focused approach.
