Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support various aspects of Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets platform. The Industrial Capital Markets team specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of industrial real estate assets across key national markets, working on behalf of institutional clients, private investors, and Stream-owned investments.
This position will play a key role in supporting the team with a strong focus on financial analysis and investment strategy. The Analyst will gain exposure to all facets of industrial real estate transactions, including underwriting, market research, and deal execution. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative work ethic are essential, as the role requires a high standard of professionalism and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Underwrite industrial real estate assets using discounted cash flow models, sales comp analysis, and sensitivity scenarios
- Assist in the creation of broker opinion of value (BOV) materials and offering memoranda (OMs) for disposition assignments
- Conduct market research on industrial leasing and capital markets trends, including rent comps, sale comps, tenant movements, and new developments
- Coordinate due diligence efforts, including lease abstraction, financial document review, and data room management
- Maintain and update pipeline tracking databases and CRM tools
- Support senior team members in property tours, buyer outreach, and client reporting
- Collaborate with debt, leasing, and research teams to inform positioning and underwriting assumptions
- Assist in special projects, valuations, or pitch preparation as need
Qualifications
- Real Estate License required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or related field
- 1+ years of previous work experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or public accounting required
- Familiarity with Argus, CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, and Excel modeling
- Knowledge of industrial real estate or capital markets strongly preferred
- High organization and attention to detail
- Strong/advanced Excel skills
- Ability to discern information from leg
