Warehouse Quality Admin

What you’ll be doing…at the core

• Assess and dispatch parts that requires Quality Inspection.
• Scan and archive documentation electronically.
• Physically archive documentation.
• Support investigation that requires documentation to be retrieved.
• Work closely with the Receiving Agents and the Quality Inspectors
• Work on computer using SAP, Excel, Power Point, Word etc..
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with the Quality Manual.
• Have other duties in support of operational necessities as assigned.

• You have an HS Diploma
• You have 2-5 years in shipping/receiving aerospace inspection experience or equivalent.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and departments.
• You have the ability to identify and resolve problems.
• You have strong computer skills (MS Office & SAP)
• You have good English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
