Project Business inspire you?</p> <p>Then apply at Hager Group!</p> <p>We are currently looking for a permanent position of Global HR Senior Manager (m/f/d) for our location Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France).</p> <p> </p> <p>Hager Group is currently implementing the Sprint 2 strategy of its ambition Project 2030.</p> <p>In this project we are targeting to be a recognized and preferred partner in medium-sized commercial &amp; multi-family home projects. To reach this ambition we are looking for a project Business experienced HRBP who will have the accountability to support the business project team to build the capabilities needed to develop the business.</p> <p>You come from Business Project environments, ideally in the Building environment or closed activities. You are successful to build robust people and organization capabilities to support an ambitious strategy.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have built strong credibility and provide an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner on:  Business strategy, Organizational Design &amp; Effectiveness, Change management, Project management and Communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>As part of our HRBP Community you will report to the Group HRBP Vice-President.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your main responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Understand business project trends, business models, financial acumen and contribute to build business strategy with the project team</li> <li>Provide strategic and consultive services related to organization &amp; people</li> <li>Anticipate, influence and support the design of the appropriate organizational structure responding to business strategy</li> <li>Partner with Business Leaders to assess organization effectiveness by identifying  and evaluating structures, capabilities and behaviors.</li> <li>Plan and ensure execution of HR project management activities with the support of the HR centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, C&amp;B, HRIS, Learning &amp; Development, Talent Management and People Solutions).</li> <li>Support the End to End operating model and contribute to the change management cross-functions.</li> <li>Be a role model to the company culture, inspire and engage Business Leaders to keep alive the fundamentals of our company culture while facilitating mindset and behavioral evolutions.</li> <li>Build a strong internal network and ensure a strict respect of legal obligations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your profile</p> <ul> <li>You have approx. 10-15 years of experience including :</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Operational HR/ HR Business partnering or Business profile with strong people acumen</li> <li>International experience</li> <li>People management</li> <li>Project management (leading transformations),</li> <li>A support function/expert role experience is a plus,</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Full professional proficiency in English + German or French is a plus</li> <li>You have a strong business acumen</li> <li>You are able to foster change within a matrix environment</li> <li>You have extensive communication and facilitation skills</li> <li>You are able to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment</li> <li>You are customer and solution-oriented</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Our offer <br/> You can expect a position with responsibility and variety in an international and innovative environment and motivated team.
