Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers, ensuring successful marketing and purchasing of properties
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Promote listings through various marketing techniques
• Foster positive relationships with clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 or older
