As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a distinguished hotel and resort location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong communication skills, and assist guests with their questions or concerns. This position requires a valid driver's license as part of Allied Universal's driver policy requirements, as you may be responsible for patrolling areas accessible by vehicle. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
• Assist with access control and visitor management by verifying credentials as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting guests and staff during evacuations or other urgent situations.
• Collaborate with hotel or resort staff to address security-related concerns and promote a welcoming environment for guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
