What We’re Looking For:AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Gen AI/Agentic AI Full Stack Lead to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a mid-level engineer with strong technical depth, a passion for building, and the ability to lead small teams or workstreams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Generative AI applications that revolutionize our mortgage lending processes, enhance customer experience, and drive business innovation. You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver production-ready Gen AI solutions, encompassing the entire development lifecycle.What You’ll Do:

Design, Develop, and Deploy Gen AI Applications: Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks for various mortgage lending use cases.
RAG Pipeline Development: Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with hybrid retrieval, semantic chunking, and vector search.
Cloud Integration: Integrate Gen AI solutions with cloud-native services (Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI).
Data Handling: Work with unstructured data (PDFs, HTML, audio, images) and multimodal models.
LLMOps Implementation: Implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost tracking.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.

What You’ll Need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in software engineering or data science, with 2-3 years in Gen AI or LLM-based systems.
Technical Skills:

Strong TypeScript programming skills and experience with ML/AI libraries.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and Gen AI services (Azure, GCP).
Experience with REST API development and containerization.
Solid understanding of AI governance, model safety, and prompt engineering.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
