Industrial Electrical Technician – Full Time, Night Shift
Seeking a motivated Industrial Electrical Technician to join our team. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment and instrumentation in a food manufacturing facility.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 2/2/3 schedule.
- Starting hourly pay of $32.62, plus additional shift differential.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Monitors, repairs, replaces, and installs electronic control devices and mechanisms.
- Maintains equipment including MCCs, PLCs, HMIs, and other electrical building systems.
- Troubleshoots and repairs database systems, control networks, and electrical systems 480V and below.
- Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on drives, motors, sensors, and more using test equipment and meters.
- Installs conduit, panel boards, switch boxes, and other electrical equipment.
- Reads blueprints, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and machinery manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Supports Maintenance and Engineering with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
- Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED, required.
- 3 years of industrial electrical experience OR 2-year electrical degree, required.
- Experience working with electrical machinery and equipment in food manufacturing, preferred.
SKILLS:
- Experience using calibration instrumentation and basic math skills.
- Programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining Allen-Bradley PLC controllers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills with a mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
